Mr. Bao Anh Thai is the managing partner of Bao & Partners. His practice focuses on banking and finace law, international trade law, investment and corporate governance issues. Mr. Bao Anh Thai has published several articles on investment and international trade such as:

Mr. Bao Anh Thai is a member of editorial
board of LC Views, an international magazine of letter of credits. (http://www.lcviews.com). He is an advisor of the Trade Remedies Council of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). Mr. Bao Anh Thai is also a frequent lecturer in Hanoi Business School, the Banking Training Center, and a presenter in all business forums in Vietnam held by International Enterprises of Singapore.
Mr. Bao Anh Thai received a J.D. degree from Hanoi College of Law in 1996 and a LL.M. degree from the James E. Rogers College of Law, the University of Arizona in 2004. He was Fulbright scholar in 2003 and 2004. He is a member of Hanoi Bar Association. Before joining Bao & Partners, Mr. Bao Anh had worked as a legal counsel for various international law firms and banks. He speaks English and Vietnamese.

Ms. Mai Huong is a partner and the chief representative of Bao & Partners in Ho Chi Minh city. Ms. Huong has expertise in investment, contract and corporate laws. She graduated Hanoi College of Law in 1995 and received her LL.M. degree from L’université de Montréal, Canada in 2001. She was a lecturer in Hanoi Law School from 1995 to 1998. Currently she lectures in and accesses students undertaking lawyer professional courses in the Institute of Justice in the area of contract law. Ms. Huong is going to complete her S.J.D degree with L’université Jean Moulin LYON III in 2007. She speaks French, English and Vietnamese. |

Tuan Nguyen is a partner of Bao & Partners. His practice focuses on corporate transactions, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, project finance and both syndicated and un-syndicated lending transactions. Mr. Tuan also has extensive experience in privatization transactions, including counsel to governments and bidders in financial services. He has published on various topics related to pharmaceutical law, the laws on telecommunication and investment.
Mr. Tuan received a J.D. degree from Hanoi College of Law in 1996 and a LL.M. degree from the University of Panthéon-Assas, France in 2001. He is a member of Hanoi Bar Association. Before joining Bao & Partners, Mr. Tuan had worked as a legal counsel for various international law firms and organizations. Besides Vietnamese as his native language, Mr. Tuan speaks French and English.
