Ms. Mai Huong is a partner and the chief representative of Bao & Partners in Ho Chi Minh city. Ms. Huong has expertise in investment, contract and corporate laws. She graduated Hanoi College of Law in 1995 and received her LL.M. degree from L’université de Montréal, Canada in 2001. She was a lecturer in Hanoi Law School from 1995 to 1998. Currently she lectures in and accesses students undertaking lawyer professional courses in the Institute of Justice in the area of contract law. Ms. Huong is going to complete her S.J.D degree with L’université Jean Moulin LYON III in 2007. She speaks French, English and Vietnamese.
