Mr. Bao Anh Thai is the managing partner of Bao & Partners. His practice focuses on banking and finace law, international trade law, investment and corporate governance issues. Mr. Bao Anh Thai has published several articles on investment and international trade such as:

Mr. Bao Anh Thai is a member of editorial board of LC Views, an international magazine of letter of credit (http://www.lcviews.com). He is an advisor of the Trade Remedies Council of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). Mr. Bao Anh Thai is also frequent lecturer in Hanoi School of Business, the Banking Training Center, adn a presenter in all businee forums in Vietnam held by International Enterprises of Singapore and Federal Business of Singapore.
Mr. Bao Anh Thai received a J.D. degree from Hanoi College of Law in 1996 and a LL.M. degree from the James E. Rogers College of Law, the University of Arizona in 2004. He was Fulbright scholar in 2003 and 2004. He is a member of Hanoi Bar Association. Before joining Bao & Partners, Mr. Bao Anh had worked as a legal counsel for various international law firms and banks. He speaks English and Vietnamese.
